Resumo: O objetivo deste artigo é analisar, trazer à reflexão e debater os direitos das pessoas com deficiência, demonstrando sua inquietante busca através dos tempos por um minguar de inclusão social, um lugar comum onde se faça reconhecer os seus direitos básicos, de cidadania e de educação.
